Introduction
My name is Suz Spetter (1959) born in a little village in the Dutch province of Limburg, Stramproy and come from a family that is quite artfully. Already very early I started with water color-sketching and drawing, and have this picked up later. I stopped with my work at the gym, creating more space and time for me to develop myself further.
With great pleasure I started with some lessons painting by Rob Kars in Weert. I wanted to investigate this further by a studying at the Art Academy in Arendonk. Here I started in the year of 2005 with oil painting and have during 7 years study examined various techniques. During my studies I took my inspiration from the beautiful great works of Philippe Pasqua and Jenny Saville. For my thesis I focused on people and how they move as this has always inspired me and is what makes each person so special! I have shown this collection in the spring of 2012 with some fellow artists of the Art Academy Arendonk under the name "The Table of Nine" exhibited in a beautiful space "Petit Paris" in Tilburg, Netherlands. With great pleasure I have followed in the spring of 2014 another Master Class in "landscapes" by Frans Manders developing an even more colorful and loose style of painting.
Also, I am a member of the artistic circle Eymerick in Heeze (NB). This is a meeting place for artists. www.kunstkringeymerick.nl
